What is it? Every year, the Breast Cancer Institute brings out the Australian Women's Health Diary, which is filled with information that can improve the health and wellbeing of women of all ages. The diary includes a week-to-an-opening calendar, a different health topic covered each month in an engaging and easy-to-read format, a health check-list to keep track of important health tests and examinations, a budget planner, and health tips for every week. This year the diary boasts a new, beautiful hard cover - perfect for carrying around in a handbag. It's just the gift to add to a Christmas stocking.

Where your money goes: By purchasing the Australian Women's Health Diary for your mum, grandmother, daughter, girlfriend or friend, you're supporting clinical trials research for the treatment, prevention and cure of breast cancer. All profits from the sale of the diary will support research. To date, the diary has raised $10 million for the Breast Cancer Institute. This research could one day save your life or the life of someone you love.

How to donate: You can purchase the diary for $16.95 from newsagents, Woolworths, Commonwealth Bank branches, Big W, Avon representatives or online at bcia.org.au. You can also order it by phone by calling 1800 423 444.
